Serves 4-6
- 4-6 chicken breasts (frozen or thawed)
- 1 bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
- 1/4 C vinegar
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (use only 1/2 tsp if you don't like it very spicey)
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
In a medium-size bowl mix everything but the chicken, to make the sauce.
Place chicken in the crock pot. Pour sauce mixture over chicken.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
