S'more Cookies

Makes approximately 48 cookies

• 1 C (2 sticks) butter, softened
• 1/2 C brown sugar
• 1 C white sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 2/3 C all purpose flour
• 1 1/2 C graham cracker crumbs
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 C marshmallows
• 1 C milk chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350.

In a large bowl with a mixer, mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. In a smaller bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt. Add the dry mixture to the butter mixture and mix at a low speed until combined.

Stir in the marshmallows and chocolate chips.

Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
