Makes approximately 48 cookies
- 1 C (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 C white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 2/3 C all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 C graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 C marshmallows
- 1 C milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl with a mixer, mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. In a smaller bowl, whisk together
flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt. Add the dry mixture to the butter
mixture and mix at a low speed until combined.
Stir in the marshmallows and chocolate chips.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
