Makes 2 wraps
- 2 pieces Greek Pita flat bread
- 1-2 TBS ranch dressing
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 2-4 pieces bacon, cooked
- 1/4 Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
- fresh spinach
- sliced tomtoes
- salt and pepper to taste
Lay each piece of pita bread on a flat surface.
Spread mashed avocado on one side of each piece of bread.
Pour ranch dressing on top.
Add chicken, bacon, cheese, spinach, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Wrap the bread as tight as possible.
Cook for approximately 5 minutes on a panini or George Foreman grill.
