Cookies 'n Cream Cupcakes


Makes 24 cupcakes
  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 1 1/4 C water
  • 1/3 C cooking oil
  • 3 egg whites
  • 10 coarsely crushed Oreo cookies
  • Vanilla frosting
  • chocolate syrup 
Pour cake mix in a large bowl, then add and mix water, oil, and egg whites. Combine well with a mixer. Stir in half of the crushed cookies.
Pour cupcake batter into prepared cupcake tins.
Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.

Allow cupcakes to cool (about 30-60 minutes). 
Frost, then top with chocolate syrup and the rest of the crushed Oreo cookies.
