Pasta Milano

*Serves 4-6

1 lb pasta noodles
2 TBS butter
2 C chicken breast, diced
2 C mushrooms, sliced
1 C sun-dried tomatoes
2 TBS fresh parsley, chopped

Place pasta noodles in boiling water. Meanwhile, in a meduim sized skillet, add butter and cook chicken. Add mushrooms and satue for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and parsley; remove from heat and set aside.

 1 pint (2 C) heavy whipping cream
 1 tsp Garlic powder
 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
 2/3 C fresh grated Parmesan

In a medium saucepan, stir in heavy cream. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Simmer for 20-30 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Add the chicken and vegetables to the sauce and serve on the noodles.
