Fettucine Alfredo


*serves 4-6

½ C of real butter
 1 pint (2 C) heavy whipping cream
 1 tsp Garlic powder
 1 tsp parsley
 salt and pepper
 2/3 C fresh grated Parmesan
 2 C of diced, grilled chicken
 1 lb. box fettuccine – prepared as directed

In a medium saucepan, melt butter, then stir in heavy cream. Season with garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper. Simmer for 20-30 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and chicken. Serve over hot fettuccine noodles.
