Snickerdoodles


Makes approximately 24 cookies
  • 1 C butter
  • 1 1/2 C sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 C flour
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 TBS sugar
  • 3 TBS cinnamon
Heat oven to 375.
Mix butter, sugar and eggs. Mix flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Shape into rounded teaspoonful balls.
In a small bowl, mix 3 TBS of sugar and cinnamon. Roll balls into mixture and place on a greased cooking sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
