Mexican Pizza

Makes approximately 8 pizzas
  • 8 wheat tortillas
  • 1 can of salsa
  • 4 C chicken (or pork), cooked and shredded
  • 1 (15 oz.) can black beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can corn
  • 4 C mexican blend cheese
  • 2 C cabbage, chopped
Layer tortillas on a greased baking sheet. 
Pour and spread even amounts of salsa on each tortilla. 
Add meat, black beans, corn, cheese, then cabbage.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes- until everything is heated through and cheese is melted.
