How To: Sun-dried Tomatoes

* 2 tomatoes makes 1/2 C sun-dried tomatoes

 

Cut open the tomato then gut each piece, removing all seeds.


Slice into small pieces. (The smaller, the less cooking time.) Evenly place on a cooking sheet and sprinkle salt on top.
Bake at 200 until tomatoes are a leathery texture. (Approximately 2 hours)
