Taco Seasoning/Taco Salad


Taco Meat
Serves 4-6

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 of 1 red pepper, diced
1 tbsp chili powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp oregano
½ tsp paprika
1 ½ tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 C water

Brown 1 pound ground beef and drain fat.
Add water and seasonings.
Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.


Taco salad

1 recipe taco meat
spinach leaves
corn
black beans
cheddar cheese
ranch dressing
tortilla chips
