Spaghetti


*Serves 6-8

spaghetti noodles, cooked
1 lb. ground beef, cooked

Sauce
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 cup beef broth
2 TBS minced fresh parsley
1 TBS brown sugar
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

 In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and cook on medium-low heat for 10 min.
Add the ground beef to the saucepan and serve on top of cooked noodles.
