Chicken Noodle Casserole

This meal reminds me of home and my mom. She made it regularly and It was always a perfect meal for an especially picky little girl like myself.

*Serves 8-10

2 C chicken, shredded
1 (12oz.) package noodles
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can of milk
1 C of mayonnaise
cheddar cheese


Cook noodles and chicken. Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise and milk. Add the noodles and chicken; mix well.  Pour into a 9 by 13 casserole dish and cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until mixture bubbles.
