Chocolate Cake/Cupcakes

This is seriously the best chocolate cake/cupcakes I've ever had. I don't think it even needs frosting, its so wonderfully moist and delicious!

*Makes 9x13 cake/24 cupcakes

3 C flour

1 tsp salt

¾ C cocoa powder

2 C sugar

2 tsp soda

¾ C oil

2 TBS apple cider vinegar

2 tsp vanilla

2 C cold water

Mix ingredients together in bowl.

Cake: Pour into 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.

Cupcakes: Pour into cupcake pans. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
