Thai Peanut Pasta

*Serves 6-8
1 package spaghetti or fettuccine
1 C chicken or veggie broth
¼ C peanut butter
1 tsp cayenne pepper
3 TBS honey     
¼ C soy sauce
1 to 2 TBS garlic powder
1 ½ TBS fresh minced ginger
2 green onions

To Garnish
Cilantro
Chopped peanuts
Quartered limes

Combine broth, peanut butter, pepper, honey, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in saucepan over medium – low heat. Whisk until smooth. Add in onions and let simmer for a few minutes. Remove onions and pour sauce over cooked noodles.
